Job Description:

Lifeline Shanghai is a community-based non profit organization that relies on volunteers to provide its telephone service, we will be having a New Volunteer Training program on September 2nd - September 4th and we are currently seeking poyential candidates.

Telephone volunteers must be at least 21 years of age and a foreign passport holder, fluent in English with all nationalities welcome to apply.

Applicant must be prepared to:

Undertake training (3-days -9AM-5PM at a cost of RMB500)

Fulfill shifts on a regular basis (minimun 2 x 4 hour shifts/month)

Work within the mission, vision and values of the Lifeline organization and posses:

Good communication skills

good listening skills

Openmindedness and a non-judgemental attitude.
