Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Specifications:

1) Direct & coordinate all activities involving sales of service.

2) Providing service & individual attention to clients.

3) Liaise with client. Establish & maintain relationship with current clients as well as potential clients.

4) Establish relationship & keeping abreast with local real estates as a source of sales.

5) Plan, recruit & train a strong sales team.

Job Requirements:

1) Excellent oral and written English language skills.

2) Experienced in dealing with international clients' real estate requirements.

3) Positive work attitude & able to work under pressure.

4) Great client servicing skills.

5) Good team player; passionate, reliable & honest.

Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission + comprehensive benefits package
