Job Description:

Global Wealth Management is a well established, International Company with its admin headquarters based here in Shanghai. 

 

To help service our rapidly growing base of clients across Asia, we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Business Administrator for our Client Care Team.

 

Responsibilities include:-

-  Processing Client Admin requirements

-  Recording new data

-  Daily follow up of internal & external contacts by telephone and email

-  Publishing regular reports & updates from internal systems and 3rd Party websites

-  Maintaining client Folders

 

Local Administrational Support includes:-

-  Answering incoming calls to the office

-  Visitors & Meeting Room Management

-  Miscellaneous Administrational Activities

 

 

You must have the following skills / experience:-

-  Excellent oral & written English skills

-  At least 2 Yrs experience working for an international company,

-  Experience working in a high pressure environment, with short time constraints,

-  Complete honesty & integrity,

-  Team player

-  Eagerness to work hard do well for yourself & the company
