Position: Architects 
Position Number: 5 
Logistical and Payment Package 
• City and Location：Shanghai 
• Starting Period：Employer is looking for candidates who can start asap 
• Working hrs：40hrs weekly 
• Payment：annual payment: RMB 300,000-RMB500,000+,formal job, at least one year working contract 
• Visa Type: F, Z-visa, visa will be supported by Fanfan Studio, but cost is afforded by applicants 


Work Offer and Requirements 
Work contents: 
1. Candidates will participate in the design process and rendering of company's different projects, including architecture design. 
2. Candidates will be involved in strong conceptual design skills knowledge of project presentation. 
3. Take part in business trip and site visit 


Request for Applicants: 
1. Have working experience more than 5 yrs 
2. Have the ability of finishing concept design projects alone 
3. Have the ability of leading a team to finish concept design project will be plus 
4. Be willing to communicate and with good creativity 
5. Be curious of everything around and want to ask questions
