Job Description:

Our restaurant group's newest addition will be the opening of 3000sq ft, 90 cover casual Provencal sytle, French Bistro in the heart of Hong Kong's restaurant and nightlife district and are now recruiting a talented Head Chef to run our kitchen operations.  We will be open 7 days a week and will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as late night supper , expecting to serve in excess of 300 covers a day.
 
The candidate should come from a strong background of classical French Bistro fare who can consistently produce to exacting standards within a high pressured and fast paced environment.  A good level of kitchen management skills and hygiene knowledge a must.
 
The Company will arrange for and cover the costs of a working visa sponorship  for the right candiate.
