Job Description:

Our restaurant group's newest addition will be the opening of 3000sq ft, 90 cover casual Provencal sytle, French Bistro in the heart of Hong Kong's restaurant and nightlife district and are now recruiting a Restaurant Manager / Matire d' to run our front of house.

We will be open 7 days a week and will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as late night supper , expecting to serve in excess of 300 covers a day.
 
The candidate should have a strong background in the front of house of a brasserie or bistro with a good knowledge of the cuisine as well as French wines.  An ability to work under pressure managing a team of staff in a fast paced environment required.  A strong attention to detail is an absolute must.
 
The Company will arrange for and cover the costs of a working visa sponorship for the right candiate.
