Job Description:

The candidate must possess a strong talent for sourcing and managing multiple projects, negotiations, effectively securing new vendors, have knowledge and experience in international export procedures, as well as an understanding of quality control procedures. We require effective problem solving skills, an exceptional level of creative "outside-the-box" thinking, and strong organizational and communication skills. Candidate will regularly source products from appropriate factories and obtain quotations for multifarious projects, coordinate production and delivery schedules, and maintain quality control procedures. Coordination and effective communication / negotiation with factories is a must.  A high level of written English skill is a requirement for the position, and good spoken English is a valuable asset.

Candidate will also work closely with factories to communicate product ideas, negotiate pricing, and ensure production deadlines are met.

This position will require interaction between domestic and international manufacturers and upper management.  Some domestic travel will be required.

The following criteria must be met or your resume will not be considered:

Must be experienced in import / export business and production –able to speak the industry language and fluent in pricing and process in order to negotiate on the company’s behalf.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and any third language will be highly beneficial with concentration on Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word

Must be well traveled

Have been involved in previously and understand factory production

Ability to conclude difficult negotiations

Motivated self starter

Experience and skills to take projects from beginning to finish

Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge a plus.  E-commerce experience is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider candidates with equivalent work experience.

Compensation will be around 40,000 RMB/annually based on qualifications.
