Job Description:

We are an online marketing agency seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing Executive. The person we hire for this role will be responsible for the successful paid and natural search engine performance of multiple accounts. We believe in a fun, interactive corporate culture and encourage continued education with our staff through social media, industry events, and team‐building.

We are looking for a PRO. Candidate must be willing to share case studies and results from past accounts. Innovation and creativity are just as important to us as methodology and project lifecycle. Candidate should be prepared to show off research techniques, link bait programs that actually resulted in backlinks, and advanced KPI's that span beyond increases in traffic.

Experience

1 Minimum 2 years experience in natural and paid search engine marketing
2 Have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates both on Google and Baidu
3 Familiar with industry‐standard bid management and SEO software
4 Bachelor's Degree or greater in Business, Computer Science or other relevant field
5 Fluent in Both English and Chinese, written and spoken
6 Have personally built and optimized a RMB10k+ per month pay‐per‐click account that met or 
exceeded specific business rules (such as CPA goals)
7 Comfortable working with API's, advanced and integrated reporting
8 Excellent with customer relationship management and able to up‐sell search services 


Responsibilities

1 Day‐to‐day management of paid and natural search engine marketing campaigns
2 Oversight and management of onsite and offsite SEO resources
3 Research and strategic planning for paid and natural search campaigns
4 Staying abreast of (and sharing) changes in search engine signals and market share
5 Reporting to clients and upper management on KPI's and web analytics
6 Lead and participate in webinars and workshops for prospecting & brand credibility

No less than three references from past campaigns required prior to interviewing. Bonus points for providing an elevator pitch for our agency's own SEO & PPC strategy.
