Job Description:

Duties                                                             ·Coordinate local marketing activities             ·Conduct on site parent information sessions        ·Make a sufficient number of outbound calls to effectively achieve admissions goals                    ·Respond to on-site and offsite requests for school information                                                            ·Represent iCademy at exhibitions and events ·Arrange monthly activities for enrolled students ·Achieve quarterly admissions goals                    ·Meet with prospective parents to determine the student’s educational needs, background and future goals and objectives                                                   ·Explain and recommend appropriate courses of study                                                                      ·Conduct and analyze assessments for placemen ·Assist prospective students with admissions process and reviewing transcripts and assessments for admission                                                               ·Update prospective student data base                ·Ensure completion of students' admissions documents and assist students with admissions process                                                                      ·Ensure a high level of responsiveness and customer service throughout the admissions process
