Job Description:

Duties:  Communicate closely with the assigned customers, coordinate orientation and home search programs, based on their individual needs.  Coordinate all accurate and timely reports required by corporate clients (service reports, market reports, etc)  Assist Manager when required and perform any and all special tasks or duties directly related to business activities as requested by Management.  To identify, review and report potential risk during offering services, take measures to avoid /reduce negative impact to SSF. Requirements:  Local Chinese member with college or bachelor degree  Minimum 2~3 years relocation and/or real estate experience  Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
