We' re a UK company based in Shanghai, and due to rapid expansion we' re seeking dedicated people to work with our friendly Chinese and International team (currently 7 languages) in our centrally located offices. We are recruiting for an English speaking Customer Service Representative. Job responsibilities involve handling in all its aspects: order process, product and shipping issues and bottom line responsibility. Responsibilities:

1. Handle all kinds of requests throughout the order process: pre-sale enquiries, checkout process and payment issue.
2. Follow up on shipping enquiries for delivered orders.
3. Resolve post-sale product or shipping issues.
4. Online Marketing Activities: Training Provided

Requirements:

1. Native German Speaker
2. E-Commerce experience will be a plus.
