The apartment is located at Fahua zhen Rd  near Yan an Xi rd .  Its near Yan an Xi rd metro line 3 /4 Only 5 -8 mins  by walk   It is also closed  to Donhua university  , Zhongshan Park  and  supermarkets . Very convenient  location  

Room : Now available ready to move in ,the nice bed room  have the double bed size , closet , desk  and  Air condition , dressing mirror,  shelf .    The price is 1700 RMB monthly without utility bills.

Two months deposit  request by the landlord. The rent is paid every 2 months. The leasing contract will start from Sep  so basically we will be signing the contract together with the landlord .

Preferred :  Girl Only , Long-term stay at least one year , non smoking   and Clean
