Rent: 

2400 RMB / month (no agency fee) 

Rent is paid every 3 months

1 month deposit

Location:

Crossroad JiangSu Lu (江苏路)/Lixi Lu (利西路) (very close to YanAnXi Lu (延安西路)). 

The apartment is located 5-10 minutes by foot from the metro station JiangSu Lu on line 2. There is mall nearby and a small supermarket just behind the building.

The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor of a renovated building (no lift!).

Apartment:

Around 35sqm with:

- a big room with 3 windows containing:

- big bed

- desk

- TV 

- night table

- sofa

- wardrobe

- aircon

- a small kitchen (without equipments but with a big new fridge)

- a bathroom with shower, toilets and a new washing machine

Charges:

- water: 18 RMB/month (fixed)

- electricity: between 50 and 200 RMB/month (depending mainly on the use of the aircon)

- Internet : 50 RMB/month (access through an Ethernet cable, very good speed)

The apartment will be available from the beginning of February.

FYI, the current contract will end in June.
